Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Shipping to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) and APO/FPO addresses is available on request — contact us at hello@pimspicknmix.com before placing your order.
Shipping options
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Typical options:
- Standard (USPS Ground Advantage):3–5 business days. Best for most orders.
- Expedited (USPS Priority):2–3 business days.
- Express (UPS Next Day):1–2 business days. Recommended for hot-weather destinations.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 (continental U.S. only).
Processing time
We hand-pack every order in our Boca Raton, Florida facility. Standard processing is 1–2 business days; orders placed before noon EST on a business day usually ship the same or next day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, weekends, or U.S. holidays ship the next business day.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link. If you do not see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.
Hot weather & melting
Some of our chocolates and chocolate-coated candies are sensitive to high temperatures. From May through September, or whenever the forecast in your area exceeds 80°F, we recommend choosing Expedited or Express shipping to limit transit time.
Pim’s is not responsible for melting that occurs during shipping when standard shipping is selected during warm-weather months. Keeping candy at room temperature for a short time after delivery usually restores texture; if your order is significantly damaged by heat (not just softened), email us at hello@pimspicknmix.com with photos and we will work with you on a replacement.
Address & delivery issues
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.
If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please (1) check with neighbors and household members, (2) check porches, mailrooms, and side doors, (3) wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages early. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us within 7 days of the “delivered” status and we will help open a carrier investigation.
All sales final
Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been packed.
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible at hello@pimspicknmix.com — if your order has not yet been packed, we may be able to cancel and issue a refund.
Damaged or incorrect orders
We take quality control seriously, but if something does go wrong, we’ll make it right. If your order arrives:
- Damaged in transit (crushed, leaking, melted significantly)
- Missing items that were on your order confirmation
- Containing the wrong products
- Defective in any way
Email us at hello@pimspicknmix.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product and the packaging
We’ll review and respond within 2 business days with a replacement, store credit, or refund — whichever you prefer. We may waive the 7-day window for exceptional cases at our discretion.
Refused or returned shipments
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will refund the product cost minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost. To avoid this, please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
International orders
We do not currently ship internationally outside of U.S. territories listed above. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
